Stanton Sunaoka

Born and raised on Oahu, Stanton has followed an unconventional path to his current job as a flight attendant at Hawaiian Airlines. He earned his degree from Western Washington University with a Bachelors in Education with an emphasis on Special Education. He has taught at several schools in Washington as well as with the Department of Education on Oahu.  Stanton also spent time serving as a pastor on Oahu. Prompted by his brother, he applied on a whim to be a flight attendant. Through his career at the airline, Stanton has been able to live his faith in creative ways leading to founding a non profit organization called Kaula Tree. Kaula Tree is a missions organization promoting Hawaiian values of ALOHA locally and internationally.
